SQL Error The permissions granted to user "Domain\User" are insufficient for performing this operation. (rsAccessDenied)


Problem :

I have a SQL2008 Report hosted on a server and I want to allow all authenticated user to be able to access this report and I am getting following error , even though anonymous setting is enable at IIS



Root cause
SQL 2008 Reporting services Manager does not allow  anonymous because of role base security model

Troubleshooting

Use global security token “NT AUTHORITY\Authenticated Users” that represent all Active directory authenticated user
